Hello, Minions. And welcome for the second episode of Evil Campaign.

I'm Kat Kool, your host and GameMaster.

Before we get started, first, let me tell you about Base Camp.

When you use Base Camp to run projects, people know what to do,

people know where things are, and you stay on top of everything all the time.

Next, this episode should have gone out right after the election results. That was two Wednesdays ago. And all that time, I've been crippled

with migraine pain. My migraines, in part, are triggered by stress. For those that don't know me

very intimately, let me tell you a bit about some of the challenges I face.

Aside from the chronic pain of my migraines, I suffer from depression and anxiety.

I'm a bisexual Latina rape survivor, and the daughter of an immigrant who is not a

citizen of this country.

I had a lot hanging on this election.

I know a lot of you did too, and that many of you are very stressed and scared right now.

My inability to post the episode aside. It felt a bit weird to post an

evil episode next and bring more of that stuff into the world, at least without addressing it.

So here we go. There are two camps here that might take issue with what I'm about to say, so I'd like to quickly

address them both. The first are those who think it's harmful to use stories to address real issues.

I understand. I get it. But I think that's how a lot of people learn.

If someone listens to what I'm saying and just hears, we're in Star Wars now and gets

excited, then they're not listening. The second are those who want to keep politics out of their

Star Wars stories. Politics have been a part of Star Wars from the start. This is a

story about fighting Nazis and there is currently a Nazi advising the president-elect.
