0:53.0	So that's a very good question and the reason why is because there's a lot of scary stuff happening out there.

1:02.0	Our last report was 8.5%.
1:05.0	Do we think it's going to keep going up?
1:06.0	Well, we'll get into inflation a little bit.
1:08.0	We have our GDP, our economy, which is slowing down.
1:12.0	We've seen two quarters of economic slowdown. Our market stock market is way off its highs.
1:17.0	Now we've even seen it starting to slow down. Interest rates are starting to go up.
1:20.0	And this has a lot of people wondering now what's going to happen to the housing market?
1:23.0	Like you said, are we going to see a repeat of 2008?
1:26.0	And the reason why that question is asked so much is because 2008 has really left a huge impact on so many people's lives.
