First big thing that we're keeping an eye on is that the S&P and NASDAQ both closed at their highest points since February,

record highs, largely on the news of a ceasefire between Israel and Iran. There are reports

that fighting continues, but investors seem to be betting on peace. You got oil futures falling on

You also will have another part of the economy that's moving in a different direction. The housing market is falling

from its pandemic highs. Data from the latest S&P KS index reports that home prices rose just
