Bless up everybody. It doesn't know I am Heinz and today in hindsight I wanted to give thanks

for this moment like this very moment we are having right now

and understand I believe that our connection to the moment is the most important thing we need to learn and really embrace

You know I often get asked when did I start my spiritual awakening and I just find that question to be so interesting and

weird because I don't look at it like that I simply see it as a shift coming back to self and I will be having a

long podcast coming soon on this but on our journey of ours every moment matters

the moments you are living right now are just as important to the moment you feel when you are having

that awakening because every moment leads into one another you understand there is no separation

tomorrow exists because it had today to follow the toxic relationship that led you to finally stand up

and recognize yourself worth which moment was more important or are they one are they combined

do they feed off of one another I would say they are one the realization was the effect of the cause you

understand every moment on this journey of ours every moment matters you understand like every

single moment every blink of the eye matters we think of a moment just like that as a blink something

quick something worth wasting because it's just a moment how many moments do we waste how many times do

we think the present moment isn't somewhere we want to be but I think it's very clear that we need

to see we need to understand that we actually don't understand the whole inner workings of the

universe you know like this life is simple and very complex like the way everything somehow is

connected and works with one another is beautiful so how do you know when you feel that when you are in

a low energetic state and you may be in one right now how do you not know that nine moments away from

this state is the great shift in your reality is the great shift you've been waiting for so I would

say honor this moment honor the moment understanding having gratitude for the moment shows how much

respect we have for life life is in mere we are constantly reflecting so when we have gratitude when
