Welcome to That's What She Said with Sarah Spain, a podcast about, well, whatever the hell I want,

actors and musicians, athletes, comedians, neuroscientists, wine experts. If I find somebody

interesting, I'm bringing them to you. We'll talk about how they became who they are,

how they found success, battle failures, and how they ended up here, talking to me.

My name is Justin and Stanley, and my dilemma is that I have too much stuff. I'm holding on to too

many belongings. I'm cocooning myself and stuff. I feel like a bad lady. I'm just like carrying

things around and I'm ready to shed, ready to let that go. Okay, so because of my two minds on this,

and I absolutely love the look of a clean minimalist home, but also love all my

chotchkes and memories and mementos from trips and photographs and such, I don't think I can

safely give advice on this. I'm constantly telling myself to do a closet clean out. I'm often

thinking about the environmental toll of stuff, like party favors and sponsored logo giveaways

that no one wants. It's just wasted labor and materials and more trash when they're tossed.

But I also have a full closet full of costumes for every party in occasion. So,
