The US Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is upholding most of a lower court ruling in the case known

as Missouri, the Biden in which the White House is accused of violating the tenants of the first

amendment by working with social media networks, namely the former Twitter and Facebook operated

by meta. Much of this is centered around the online discussions and criticisms of COVID-19

policies of masking shutdown schools and medical treatments ranging from the use of Iver Mectin

to monoclonal antibodies to vaccine safety. There's a series of discoveries that we have heard

about through this where they got what's called the Twitter files and Facebook files that plays

into this to showing a coordinated effort between the administration, the federal government,
