Welcome or welcome back. In case you I knew here, my name is Olivia Eve. I started this podcast around four years ago now.

And we talk all about self-growth, self-improvement, self-love,

and just everything on becoming a better version of your yesterday self.

This podcast, we get raw, we get vulnerable, we get real, we get emotional, we're realistic,

we're relatable, we don't have unrealistic standards in the self-improvement world,

and we don't, you know, get disappointed.

We stay proud of ourselves.

We have some tough love on this show as well, but a lot goes on on this show.

And I'm so grateful for each and every one of you who are part of this journey.
