People have had enough of the utility bills.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Well, he was talking about the data centers and how much their talk, you know, they're taking.

But we're also have the rate hikes that are going up everywhere.

So multiple outlets have reported on this.

Look, I mean, you've seen 20, 30% increases.

Of course, there was that big meeting last night for the AES customers.

There's another big proposal for them.

The consumer has gotten totally screwed on their utility bills the last four or five years.

And it is maddening because the utilities are a monopoly. You can't opt out. You can't shop. You got to have them. And they're appointed by the government. Right. So I think that's where people, they say, look, I can't, there is no competition. Whatever they say, I got to have it. And you got to have lights that turn on.

You got to have heat in your home in the winter.

So I get screwed.

And it just seems like the shareholders of these utilities keep making more and more money at my expense.

And I'm just trying to live my life.

Like, I don't think anybody minds paying for electricity.

I don't think anybody minds paying for heat in their home.

But it's the same thing with the property tax.

I don't think people, you know, obviously, like a lot of people believe that you shouldn't,

you should not have to pay any property tax.

But you didn't see a, you know, a, you know, a furor over this until the last four or five years where you started seeing the doubling and tripling of property. It used to be, hey, your bill went up 1% or, you know, hey, your bill went up, you know, 30 bucks or whatever. And of course, you grumble about it, but then you just, 50 bucks, you just pay it and go on. But when you're seeing $6, $700 increases for people, yeah, now rage has set in.

And that's what you're seeing with the utility bills.
