So I want to take you back to a play in last night's Knicks game

because there's certain moments, certain plays in a game

in which you say to yourself,

wow, that actually benefited the New York Knicks even though it didn't.

Do you guys remember the one-time Tom Thibodeo

issued a challenge in last night's game. You recall that,

Tommy, as you were there? Yeah, a lot of it's blurry, but I do remember him using the challenge.

The challenge was used on what was a blocking foul called against Josh Hart. Yes. It was his

fifth. And so Tom Thibodeau disagreed with such call and challenged it.

Now, I know a lot of Nick fans at this point, we're not happy with the whistle.

They were not thrilled about the situation.

Carl Anthony Towns gets slapped in the back of the head.

Don't call.

Great.

But as this play is happening, there's a lot on the line for Joshua.

Because if it's overruled, Joshua only has four fouls, he stays in the game.

If it's called then it's his fifth foul, he comes out.

Well, it was upheld.

At this point in the game, the Knicks are nursing a three-point lead with about 10 and a half minutes to go in the fourth quarter.

And because he committed his fifth foul, Tom Thibodeau had no choice,

but to take Joshua out of said basketball game and replace him with OG An Anobie.
