so I want to get this bit out of the way up front.

England is the most important game,

certainly more significant than Italy beating Spain.

Garris Southgate should be knighted occasional shortcomings in spite of. Important stuff now addressed, let's move on

to the match that was blessed. Italy pressed, Spain on the attack, but the Azuri pulled ahead

when La Furia Roja did not track back. The Spanish got their equalizer, but it wasn't to be

despite a miss in the shootout from Locatelli. Maratha scored and then missed his pen and maybe wishes he'd been at home watching it as den. The lack of further England chat might make Ryan toss his toys out the pram. But we probably shouldn't care about that. Isn't that right, Graham? Definitely not. I mean, that was the best Ryan Bailey impression I've ever heard. I'm not sure how many have actually heard, but that was definitely the best one.

Yeah, I don't, I was hoping to avoid England chat entirely, and then I remembered that we probably sort of have to preview them.

So I won't go too much into that one, but how has the England viewing been over there? How much of this

game was focused on England instead of the actual game? Oh, goodness. Oh, no. It has reached

a fever pitch over here. And I'm not kidding, every single, you know, half-time break, the build-up.

It was seven minutes. I decided to time it today. I literally

timed it on a stopwatch my phone. How long it would take of the pre-match show for this game.

A major tournament semi-final between Italy and Spain, like the two of the biggest

footballing nations you could have, and it took them seven minutes to turn the discussion towards England.
