It's a giant deal with lots of countries. That's President Donald Trump, announcing that the U.S. and the European Union have reached

a framework for a trade deal.

Trump says there'll be a 15% levy on most imports from the 27-Nation EU, like vehicles,

pharmaceuticals and semiconductors.

It comes after his talks with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in Scotland

yesterday.

It was tough negotiations.

I knew it at the beginning and it was indeed very tough, but we came to good conclusions

for both sides. On Trump's agenda today is a meeting with British Prime Minister Kirstama,

as CNN's Jeff Seleney explains.

Gaza, of course, front and center in that, but also putting the finishing touches on the
