0:54.9	which creates EU legislations. You would have thought they could have come up with clearer
0:59.2	titles, but the EU is a complicated place. So Russia's war in Ukraine remains a top EU priority.
1:06.2	Commission President Ursula von der Leyen surprised pretty much everyone yesterday when she

1:11.5	profits from 200 billion euros of frozen Russian government assets to help pay for reconstruction.

1:22.2	and what they call external relations, their version of foreign relations.
