A bridge in America just shouldn't fall down.

That was the voice of Minnesota's U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar at the scene of last night's bridge collapse into the Mississippi River. Four people have been confirmed dead, but rescue workers

say 20 to 30 more were pinned or trapped in the wreckage

of falling steel, concrete, and cars. On to the point, we'll get an update from the scene

of an accident that could be a wake-up call about America's infrastructure. Also today, the

House has passed ethics reform. If the Senate goes along, will it end the culture of corruption?
