Antonio Dodge. Today we're talking about ESTJ careers. The ESTJ personality type in the Myers-Briggs

system and the careers that you as an ESTJ might want to go toward. Now we're going to approach this

in a very principled way today and this whole conversation came up from our personality life path

mentorship group that we've been leading and guiding. So just so you know what I'm talking about.

It's a mentorship group where we have a group of people come together over eight weeks.

Each week we look at one of the eight Jungian cognitive functions. That's a lot of technical

speak. We're not going to be that technical in this episode. This is for the setup of what we're

going to talk about today. And we look at how that functions attuned to energy,

archetypically in the world and then to ourselves, our personality type. And we all use all eight of

these functions, but we prefer two of them. That's the course. That's the program that we're doing.

But in the midst of it, we've noticed many people coming to this mentorship are in the midst of

transition in their life. They're transitioning in their life in general. Maybe relationship

transition. They just broke up with a partner and they they're figuring out what's next.

Tona people though. Antonio are coming into this program with a career transition frame.

They're either just getting ready to start out on a new career like maybe out of university.

Or they've been doing a career for a while and they want to make a change to their career

trajectory. They don't know if this is the right career for them long term into the future.

And so they're exploring many people are exploring this opportunity of saying what else is there
