Hello, friends. I am so delighted to bring this practical, loving, caring, compassionate

0:33.0

episode from the archives. We're talking non-spas self-care. This was originally episode

165, released back in 2019. And it was truly such a joy to listen back through this as I was

1:41.4

breaking down resistance to doing anything. I mean, there's actually no excuse

1:45.4

not to get there, while also supporting my city providers. Another thing that happened kind of

1:51.6

accidentally was that my entire family now sees the same general doctor. Hello, family

medicine. I say accidental because this move was inspired because my kids'

pediatrician office closed, and by that point, my kids were old enough to see a family

doctor. I actually love this. It is so wonderful. Our doctor actually knows us, knows all of us.

It's pretty cool. Also, one of the things we talk about is
