Yeah, he's not very old. He's worked closely alongside Thomas Tuchel at Chelsea and at Bayern Munich, as well as Roberto Martinez with Belgium and now Portugal. He started his

coaching journey in his 20s, started with the Appleton under 16s, and then moved to Wigan,

worked with Paul Cook there, headed to Chelsea, worked with Ireland, then he went to Bayern Munich

with Tuchel after he left his job at Chelsea, working with then Roberto Martinez with Belgium,

and now onto Portugal. So he's got plenty of experience, worked with so many elite players.
