1:02.0	But since the official, Richard Nixon's official declaration of the war on drugs, we have
1:07.6	spent over $1 trillion, $ One trillion dollars.

1:17.0	We should have known better.
1:20.0	We had a test case that was called Prohibition in the 1920s and 30s.
1:25.0	We outlawed alcohol and what was the result.
