You know, I think a lot of people believe that their genes control their destiny.

You know, if dad lived to 63 and mom made it to 68, they don't expect to get much past 70. Why is that reasoning wrong?

Well, I'm assuming that many of your listeners who've heard all of the excellent guests that you've had on over the years might be familiar with this concept, but the environment really plays a bigger role in your lifespan destiny, so to speak,
