So, he was ready to start looking for solutions. There’s a lot of wrong ways to be healthy. Lean Cuisines is the best example of this. At one point, Erik went vegan. “The law of veganism is you must tell everyone in your surrounding area that you're a vegan and you’re better than them.” -Erik Levi As a vegan, Erik’s energy was low, and his body was weak. Plus, cinnamon and banaba leaf have been shown to have effects. However, Erik says that you should always stack your day for success in the morning. Eat a high-protein and high-fat breakfast to keep you from having sugar highs and lows.
