His name is Eric Mataxis.

He's a number one New York Times best selling author speaker and conservative radio show host.

He's written biographies of Christian Giants like William Wilberforce, Martin Luther and

the great Dietrich Bonhoeffer.

His autobiography of Bonhoeffer is on our 100 books every modern Christian man should

read less.

But he's also written some comedy books, some children's books and even wrote for veggie

tales back in the day.

But we had him on last year on episode 248 to talk about his book is Atheism Dead, which

is basically a master class on apologetics and kind of looking at different things in terms

of how Atheism frames it versus what it is in reality.

But today we're having him on to talk about a new book that is out.

It came out like by the time you're listening to this, it came out in the last week.

It's called Letter to the American Church.

And so this is an important book.

It's the shortest of all his books that I know of his books are normally four or five hundred

pages long.

This is like 140 pages, but he sounds the alarm on stuff that is currently happening in

the modern American church as it pertains to the culture in America.
