What is going on, guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness

talking about whether you want to call it seasonal depression, whether you want to call it sad, whether you want to call it sad seasonal

effective disorder or whether you just want to call it like it gets darker earlier

it's cold outside and you're just not as motivated to do the things that you may know you

should be doing whether it's fitness whether it's work whether it's studying whatever

the case may be so we're going to talk about how leading into for a lot of people i guess depending

on where you live in the world but for a lot of people we're heading into a time where it gets colder

we're heading into a time where you might not be outside as much. There may not be as much sunlight

that you're able to expose yourself to. You know, you don't want to get outside as much because

it's absolutely freezing, maybe where you are. So these things can lead to you, making it harder

for you to stick to your diet, making it harder for you to get your steps, get your

cardio, and just live a healthy, productive lifestyle. And so in this episode, I want to talk

about the main things I think you can do to be able to kind of like combat those and still

not only accomplish your health and fitness goals, but accomplish all the goals that you want to have,

whether it's a financial goal,

whether it's a personal development goal,

a goal with school, educating yourself, whatever the case may be.

Because even for myself, I don't necessarily think, like,

oh, I have seasonal depression, which I'm not saying that's good, bad, or indifferent, I'm more so just

like, I know if it's dark outside at 5 o'clock, like, I already like sleeping early to begin with.

And so for me, I'm like, man, it's 530. Like, I could go to sleep right now. Like, it just puts me in
