We've got some good questions today.

And the first question, we're starting right off.

How to know how much of a calorie deficit you should be doing?

So for context, those who don't know when somebody

asks like how much of a calorie deficit should you be doing. So think of that

you have your maintenance calories, this is how many calories you know you need to eat to maintain your current body weight.

So let's say that is you know 2,200 calories per day.

That's how many calories you need to maintain.

Anything below that is going to be a calorie deficit. And so this person

is essentially asking, how do you know how much, how big of a calorie deficit to create? Should you create a 200 calorie deficit that would put you at 2,000 calories per day?

Should you create a 500 calorie deficit that should put you at about 1,700 calories per day.

Should you create a thousand calorie deficit eating 1,200 calories per day?

There are a couple different answers to this and I also think it depends on throughout the moment in time.

So generally speaking, the larger the calorie deficit, the more unsustainable and restrictive it will be. So if anybody followed my personal calorie deficit

There was a period of time when I was in a 1,000 calorie deficit.

I did that for about, I think it was two weeks for me and I'm somebody who like I live and breathe fitness I don't have kids I work from home like my main
