| 0:50.6 | meaning don't be half pregnant with something. And what this means is, let's say you're |
| 0:56.7 | somebody who you want to lose fat. Are you going to be in a deficit or are you going to go into maintenance right now? |

| 1:08.7 | A lot of times people will, they'll be what I said, like, half pregnant. |
| 1:13.3 | It's like, they'll be on the fence, |
| 1:15.4 | and then they're like, well, I'm gonna stay on track, |
| 1:17.3 | I'm gonna stick to my diet, |
| 1:18.4 | I'm gonna continue to lose body fat, |
| 1:20.5 | but then it's like, when push comes to shove, they don't really want to do that. |
| 1:25.0 | And so when they go to these events or whatnot, they end up, whatever it is, over-consuming alcohol, |
| 1:30.4 | over-consuming food, and then, you know know you feel guilty for that you feel guilty and you feel bad because it's like and you can't even enjoy yourself you're not even really enjoying yourself while you're there because like you have this tremendous guilt where you're like |
| 1:44.8 | I should be staying on track I should be doing this I should be on track with my nutrition and my diet I'm not going to lose |
| 1:49.7 | fat oh my god I'm going to ruin all my progress and And so it's this like, it's this no man's land. |
| 1:55.2 | Like you're not, you're not fully committed either way. |
