What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the AirCropitz Fitness Podcast. Hope you're having a great day thus far. We're going to dive into a Q&A today going

0:14.6

over some different topics, but first I just want to chat with you about something that I think

0:18.8

can bring you value that has happened to me in the past couple of days. So in the past couple of days I've had a couple of videos on social media go quote unquote viral, right? And I hate even saying and using that phrase, but they get a lot of views,

0:34.4

whatever it is, 400,000, 600,000, a million views on a video or whatnot,

0:39.1

right?

0:39.7

And whenever a video goes viral like that, I think a lot of people like oh my god like that's so great and don't get me wrong it is like I feel like I help a lot more people like more people find out about myself and you know kind of like my content and so on and so forth and so it's it's cool like don't get me wrong but there's

0:55.1

always a it really is a small subset of people at times it can feel like a large

1:00.8

subset of people because I think we as humans focus on we

1:04.9

focus on the negative more than the positive right but you know there's a small

1:08.4

subset of people who you know just they they have to put their two cents in you know the you know I get all the

1:14.6

I could go through the comments I'm not going to go through all of them but you know

1:17.3

everything to the degree of this guy's an idiot this guy doesn't even work out

1:21.6

he doesn't even build muscle. You know, that people make fun of my small legs or they make fun of my small chest or, or, you know, they try to insult my knowledge knowledge they insult my coaching saying people should never

1:35.6

sign up with me who would listen to this guy so and and so forth right and you know again

1:39.8

I've been doing this for four and a half years now been making content for four and a

1:43.6

half years. I don't want to say it doesn't bother me at all because like I'm not

1:48.7

going to lie to you like I'm out here trying to do the best I possibly can and I'm you know just trying to help people

1:54.0

and trying to put good into the world and do good things and you know that those are the

1:58.3

comments that I get sometimes and I'm like that's kind of fucking lame if I'm

2:02.0

being pretty honest with you but again it's you know it's a small subset of people and I don't I don't really care because let me tell you why

2:10.0

I think this is what you can take with you here.

2:13.0

There's always going to be people chirping from the sidelines
