perfectionist mindset and I know a lot of, potentially you, maybe you have this perfectionist mindset.

And you know, maybe in some areas of your life, maybe it's helped you.

whether it's your work, your job, whatever the case may be, it's not all a negative, but personally

I have seen coaching people over the past seven years that it can be a negative in all areas of your life, but
