Eric, what is your take on reverse dieting? And I'm going to do the same thing I've been

gonna make sure we stay under five minutes on this guy let's go my take on reverse

dieting is it's okay so what is reverse dieting it's when you go from the end of your calorie deficit, right? Like you

diet it down. So let's say your maintenance calories were 2,000 and you dieted

down to you know 1400 calories, right right like that was the end of your calorie

deficit reverse dieting is you're working your way back up to your maintenance

calories you're adding calories dieting is away, reverse dieting is adding in.

So and I kind of gave you the answer just now, but the only real time I personally would do reverse dieting is if you are getting to or you are at more or less the end of your calorie deficit

You've gotten to a point where you are happy with your weight you're happy with

your body weight your body fat percentage and of course when I say happy like I'm

well aware where all of us including myself are like well I could lose some body fat here
