I'm just kind of getting over something this past week, but we're here and you know we're trying to we're trying to rock and roll. So today's podcast I'm going to be talking about I'm going to update you on my maintenance life that I've been living these past couple of weeks since getting back from vacation.

I'll talk about calories, I'll talk about macros, I'll talk about workouts.

I'm also going to hit on something that I think a lot of people just quite simply

don't understand because there is a lot of BS information about it out there and

that is something called metabolic adaptation.

You may have heard before you know you your metabolism slows down when you go into a

calorie deficit but you have the potential to you know do a reverse diet and

increase your metabolism and and you know reset fix your metabolism I'm gonna cover

all that stuff a little bit later in this podcast because I want you to be able to

understand what this stuff actually means and not just get little bits and

pieces from random people on social media who have no fucking clue what

they're actually talking about. So first and foremost, I want to kind of give you an update

on living the maintenance lifestyle.

It's been going great.

So as a quick reminder, when I ended my calorie deficit I was roughly around you know that like 24 25

2600 calories per day somewhere around that range, right?

And, again, I was losing body fat during that, slowly,

but I was, you know, kind of like losing body fat
