the clubhouse quite just yet and oftentimes in on the podcast, you know, I bring people on who,

you know, be in the clubhouse for six months, eight months,

12 months, you know, multiple years at a time,

which also is really cool, but I think it's a really cool perspective to get somebody who is you know

She's not a couple of months into her quote-unquote journey as you're going to hear you know she's you know kind of tried to lose some weight in the past and she has lost some weight in the past, but maybe she's done it in some unsustainable ways.

You know, she was, when she was on her previous weight loss journeys, she was taking a much different mindset, much different approach to it, and so now

that she's just a few months into this style of weight loss, this mindset behind

losing weight.

I think it's a really cool perspective for you out there listening because you know you might

be in that same spot, you know you might have tried to lose weight in the past and maybe you've done it in a
