She will talk about how, yes, she's lost weight, she's changed her nutritional habits, you know, she's getting into strength training and all those great things, but she also talks about the mental aspect of you know how things are changing for her confidence levels talking about you know she had tried things in the past

She actually joined the clubhouse actually I want to give it away, but she joined the clubhouse in the past and she talks about how this time around joining the clubhouse was a little bit different for her and the changes she made
