Things are going pretty well for me. I'm doing a little mini cut right now heading up to my brother's bachelor party

Not really documenting it like I've documented my mini cuts in the past before on my on my social media page but never doing that this time because I'm not doing anything

crazy to be honest with you I'm massively ramping up my steps and so the first

thing I always do whenever I go into a mini cut which for those who don't know

a mini cut is just more like a short kind of short and sweet aggressive to a degree calorie deficit

so you're just trying to like you know I started this mini cut about

week and a half two weeks ago somewhere around there and so you know just going for about

three to four weeks of just trying to drop some body fat before you know before the trip and so the main things I'm doing are

number one I'm just massively increasing my steps I'm going from three to

five thousand a day which is you know it's not that much I don't I don't encourage you to do that but that's what I was doing so I'm doing 3 to 5,000 and now I mean I'm getting at least at least 7,000 if not more towards that 8, 9, 10,000 mark per day.
