pushing on attitude to it but I think this really hurts us in a long run. So I'm going to talk about that, but really quickly just want to remind you, if you are following me on social medias or not, I'm not sure, but I do have a summer challenge that is coming up. It is starting on my birthday, which is May 31st,

and it's officially starting on June 5th. So the first that you can purchase and join is going to be on the 31st of May, which again is my

birthday, and then it's that first Monday after that.

So June 5th is when it, you know, kind of like technically starts.

And essentially what this challenge is going to be I've ran a few

challenges in the past and you know maybe some of you listening have joined those

challenges or not I'm not sure but this challenge is going to be somewhat similar in

the sense of I'm going to give you exact

workout guidelines to follow I'm going to give you exact nutrition guidelines to

follow there's going to be help with like quote-unquote creating meal

plans and I say that in like air quotations because I am not just going to give you a meal plan

I am going to help you create your own meal plan based on some simple

guidelines and simple habits that I probably want you to be following.
