What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Aircrobber's Fitness Podcast. Hope you are doing well.

Hashim and my guy Hashim he's a he's a beast and so let me give you just a little bit of backstory.

When Hashem first signed up with me, one of his main things was like,

yes, I want to get in shape, yes, I want to lose fat, build muscle, all of the, you know, all of what we all want to do, right?

And the biggest thing he said though was like, I want to get better at my mental discipline.

toughness I want to get better at just like being a fucking savage for lack of better terms right so

that's the backstory that's going to be important so

crushing it, you know what I mean? Like just you know being consistent with

workouts, getting workouts in every single week, tracking calories, doing the

whole nine and and seeing tremendous progress. I mean the dude's you know first progress pictures kind of side by side were

and just nuts. I mean the guy made a shit ton of progress. You know month two kind of came

around had some traveling had some family things going on whatever whatever

you know pretty good like still like still very consistent still made progress

third month came around which is kind of what we're in right now
