But I leave them up there because you know we all suck when we first start doing something right like and when I first started doing my podcast I was like a you know I was a 21 22 year old kid and you know I didn't know I didn't know I didn't know shit about anything I mean I knew a little bit about fitness and I kind of talked about what I knew about but you know I didn't I was super uncomfortable just kind of like talking on you know on this mic and this that and the other and so I just want to say we all suck at things
