What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Aircropitz Fitness Podcast. Hope you're doing well. We're going to dive right into this because I got 45 minutes until I hop on one of my clubhouse, every single week inside the clubhouse we have like a weekly live Q&A. So I got 45 minutes until that but hopefully we can bang out a pretty good

0:25.8

podcast together so let's get right into it this is gonna be part two of fitness things

0:30.9

that I have changed my mind on since I don't know I guess when I first

0:34.8

started obviously I had a part one you obviously would have heard by now so this is

0:38.3

part two the first thing that I want to say I changed my mind on and honestly I'm still going back and forth in this but let me kind of explain myself

0:46.9

So what I was gonna say was the one of the first things I changed my mind on was

0:52.1

People just aren't motivated enough like if

0:54.4

you're not sticking to your diet if you're not you know if you're not seeing

0:58.9

progress if you're not getting into the gym and getting your workouts done you're just not motivated enough and that's why

1:04.4

and like again that was probably when I was like 17 18 19 I was like just people just

1:12.3

you just got to stay motivated and get through it and so on and so forth and you know I've actually gone

1:18.2

I'll take you through kind of the progression of which I think about this now which is I went from that to then I went to like oh okay

1:25.8

you know being a young 17-18-year-old kid who I didn't know anything outside of my

1:31.8

own world and like the actual body bodybuilding world I was like oh like when I first started training people I was like oh people have kids and then people have jobs and they have social lives and they have all these things that like I had no clue of so then at that point I'm like all right like yeah I get it right like I understand you know things pop up things happen so and so forth and it's not just relying on motivation I also found out that, again, obviously,

1:53.0

as I coached people more and more,

1:55.3

some people just have really stupid plans

1:57.8

that do not allow them to be consistent.

2:00.6

Like, for example, if you're trying to eat 1,200 calories, if you're trying to work out seven days a week, if you're trying to eat 1,200 calories if you're trying to work out seven days a week if you're trying to cut out all the foods you enjoy if you're only trying to eat clean like all of these I mean for lack of better term I mean there is I mean, there is probably a better term.

2:13.7

Stupid probably isn't the most sophisticated term I could use.

2:17.4

But like, it's just, it's not a smart approach.

2:20.3

I think people take those approaches, whether it's working out seven days a week

2:23.8

whether it's only eating clean whether it's cutting out all of your foods I think
