cussing because I, you know, I normally cuss sometimes and Liz cusses as well, so there will be some

cussing. But what I want to say is Liz is just absolutely kicking ass and so you're

going to hear her story about how how she's kicking ass what she's doing to

kick ass I want you to really take heed of like the amount of effort that Liz is putting in and this is something I talk about very often but for you to see progress you're going to have to put the effort in there There's no two ways around it. There's no way to get around it.

You're going to have to put the effort in. And like, I want you to listen to how like, yes, Liz has lost 40 pounds and she's getting just

insanely strong and she's seeing such great progress but

listen to the amount of effort she's putting in with her calorie counting with

her nutrition with you know dialing things in when she goes out on a weekend or dialing things in when you know she's taking she has she has an event or she's going out to eat or whatever the case may be I really want you to you know take heed to that I also want you to listen to when Liz kind of talks about how she like actually committed to this.

And if there's one thing I've seen that's like in if you are an active listener you might be able to pick up on this as well but most of the people
