the mental side of fitness and you know what what is going on inside of your brain and I know I kind of had that one, the one famous podcast

you know, working and putting effort into things and so on and so forth. And then, you know just kind of talking about you know working and putting effort into things and

the inner voice in your head I had a podcast on not being an asshole to yourself so all of

these things I know they're not necessarily directly related to calories

well I guess they are but they're not like oh here's how many calories to eat which I know I have

because but I just think it's all I think it's all intertwined I think it's all I don't

think you can have one without the other if you only have the mindset, like I think the mindset is probably the most

important because unless you have the mindset I don't think the numbers or the

plan or that kind of stuff is gonna really help well not gonna help you

it probably will help you but you won't get the most out of it you might have trouble

sticking with it you might have trouble being consistent with it right so I think

the you can't have physical fitness without mental fitness. I guess maybe if somebody wants to clip that for me and just like put that somewhere.
