The best form of magnesium that you can take to help you sleep is going to be magnesium citrate.

before my before bed. So I roughly eat my last meal between 7 30, 7 to 8

probably more likely 7 30 to, and I'll take my magnesium citrate with that meal.

And I'm usually in bed by 8.30 and asleep at 9 by the latest.

And so I take it roughly an hour to 30 minutes before I go to bed and I see a massive difference.
