Today is actually three more weeks until I finish my calorie deficit and of course I'll give my update on

Monday as I always do again not exactly

sure when you're gonna hear this but I'll give my update on Monday with my night

so I'm officially eight and a half weeks in I'll be nine weeks in this Friday, so almost nine weeks in and feeling good.

And yeah, so I want to believe her, believe her at that point anymore, but things are going very well and I'm very happy with myself.

And I think the only thing I'll say on that is I'm happy with myself because I've been very consistent. I've done everything I said I was going to do. I did not make a promise to myself and break it.

And I think that's the biggest thing I want you to take, hopefully you can take away from the things I'm doing right now, which is when you make these promises to yourself you have to keep them
