update on my calorie deficit again down about 17 pounds doing very well has not

been super hungry or super tired or super lethargic or anything of that nature yet

all things are going pretty well when you well this podcast will come out on a Friday

but I don't know when you'll hear this either way. It's going very well. So I'm almost seven weeks in, so this upcoming Friday will be seven weeks in, got five weeks to go, and just looking to finish strong.

It's like, okay, no no we're not doing that that's not what this is about but like you know I know I got five weeks left so now like it just motivates me that much more to push harder it motivates me that much more to push harder, it motivates me that much more to, you know, kind of get myself in the right mind frame and make sure I'm really consistent and like make sure I'm making decisions that I'm proud of because, you know, I was speaking to one of my clients earlier today and when I was talking about how

you know I got five weeks left and I was like I want to make myself proud like I

want to make myself proud that I want to get to that date and be like all right I

did everything I possibly could to be as successful as I possibly

could with this I just don't I don't like the idea of just not giving everything I

have like and I think when you have that kind of like end in sight so to speak or you have a certain a certain date and again this is I'm not saying I got a way X amount by five weeks I don't care what I weigh in five weeks I don't care what I weigh right now weeks. I don't care what I weigh right now, let alone in five

weeks. If I weigh the same as what I do in five weeks from right now and I did all my stuff and I hit

my calories and I got my steps and I did everything I was supposed to do,
