What is going on guys? Welcome back to the AirCropitz Fitness Podcast. hope you're doing super well.

We are officially six weeks in, well a little over six weeks as of today,

but six weeks into my my calorie deficit and I'm going to give you all of the

updates I'm going to talk all about it I'm going to give you every single thing

that I am doing to hopefully help you in your own journey. I am as of this

morning I'm recording this podcast on the 17th of October Sunday morning afternoon, we're about 1.30, Sunday afternoon.

Either way, as of this morning I was 235.8 pounds and if you remember I started at 2.52. So that is a there's a lot of weight to lose in six weeks.

And we'll kind of talk about that a bit more and I'm going to give you my thoughts on how that is and

why I'm losing weight so quickly and what's going on and if I want to keep doing that and

everything but you know I'll give you the quick rundown of what my week's numbers was,

and then from there, and we'll just kind of dive right into what I want to talk about.

So if we go back to last week 10-10 right I weighed 237.6 and I believe I put that in the

podcast so you probably know that but so Monday, so that was Sunday morning, right, 237.6.

Monday morning was 238.8.

Tuesday morning was 240.

Of course, that is the post leg day weight spike which we'll talk about here in a second as well

But Tuesday morning was 240 flat Wednesday morning 239. Thursday morning to 40 flat again.

Friday morning to 39 Saturday morning to 37

Sunday morning to 35.8.

So as you can see yet again, the post leg day weight spike, weight kind of was quote unquote

boring throughout the week was just going back and forth between 240 and 239 but

then as the weekend rolls around Friday, Saturday, Sunday typically goes down
