We are on week five of the calorie deficit and it's going well.

I have seven weeks left. Well, I guess as this comes out Monday, about six and a half weeks left, seven and a half weeks left.

So we're almost halfway through.

For those of you remember, going for 12 weeks on this calorie deficit and so we are getting to about the halfway point and
