podcast today I'm going to give you my four week update on my calorie deficit and

like I've been saying if you've been following along, which I think most people have, but if you're new, I am currently on a 12 week cut.

And when I say cut, once again, I just mean a 12 week diet a 12 week calorie deficit phase a 12 week fat loss phase I am on a 12 week fat loss phase and we are

officially well actually I'm recording this on Sunday.

I know I'm going to record these on Mondays, but I just know my Monday coming up is going to be pretty busy.

So I'm recording this on Sunday, so I apologize and I'll have my Monday weighing for you yet, but I have my

up every other every other day up to that so I am about actually officially 31 days

Because I started on September 3rd and it is October 3rd as I am recording this and so yeah I'm a little
