A third federal judge has rejected a Justice Department request to make grand jury transcripts

and exhibits from the Jeffrey Epstein investigation public. He noted that the information contained

in the sealed materials is small, relative to the entire investigation file already in the

DOJ's hands. The DOJ declined to comment on the ruling. Two similar requests were turned aside

by other judges. The Trump administration has faced mounting pressure to release more information

about the Epstein case, especially after senior officials promised to do so.

CNN legal analyst Elliot Williams weighs in on whether the DOJ is working in good faith.
