The goal of this new podcast is exactly the same as the goal for the last 11 years, and that is to

take you on a journey as we go after new experiences and new challenges.

The biggest difference is the vehicle, and the vehicle we'll be discussing in this new

podcast is real estate, specifically hospitality, and more specifically, how we look to create the world's

most unique and boutique experiential hospitality by creating micro resorts around the world.

It's what it's all about.

It's like, I don't want to be cliche.

I really don't, but hey, location matters in real estate, of course.

And today, in this episode, what we want to talk about is the high-level things

that we're looking at for location. Because we've got a really fun episode coming for you.

That's going to be specific spots. And some of those might trip out. We're not like holding

these behind the curtain on purpose, but we want to really geek out on really specific areas.

So today we're not going to do that, but we're going to talk about why when we look at building experiential hospitality micro resorts, the way that we've talked about it with awesome amenities, with both privacy and communal elements, being able to be bought out for

full resort buyouts, you know, having a wellness structure to them, like a lot of our amenities

are couched in this idea of a wellness resort and getting to do that.

Some places are just going to work better location-wise than others, and we've started to narrow down a bit on how to figure out what those places are.

And I don't know.
