César Guerra es fundador de Trade and Access Consulting, en donde es consultor de comercio y temas europeos. Además, es miembro fundador y secretario general de la Cámara de Comercio México-Unión Europea, MexChamEU, organismo sin fines de lucro que busca promover los intereses comerciales y económicos entre México y la Unión Europea. En el pasado trabajó más de 25 años en el área de negociaciones comerciales internacionales de la Secretaría de Economía de México, principalmente en temas de agricultura, acceso a mercados, reglas de origen, OMC, y fue el jefe negociador de la modernización del acuerdo entre México y la Unión Europea, además de representante de la Secretaría de Economía en Bruselas ante las instituciones europeas. – César Guerra is the founder of Trade and Access Consulting, where he works as a trade and European issues consultant. He is also a founding member and the Secretary-General of the Mexico-European Union Chamber of Commerce, MexChamEU, a non-profit organisation that seeks to promote trade and economic interests between Mexico and the European Union. Previously, he worked for over 25 years in the area of international trade negotiations for the Ministry of Economy of Mexico, primarily on issues related to agriculture, market access, rules of origin, WTO, and he was the chief negotiator for the modernisation of the agreement between Mexico and the European Union, as well as the representative of the Ministry of Economy in Brussels to the European institutions.
