I don't necessarily know if it's that I would suggest, you know, any action.

As much as I would say you have to create boundaries in your

life. And that's within, there has to be a boundary with the internet. There has be a boundary

with social media. There has to be a boundary with your friends. You have to, you have to put

things where they belong. That's more so what i would say

um i like that because there's just i think there's a lot of things online that don't belong
