0:46.2	You know, we all sign up to shoot guns and drive fast and stuff, but the real impact we make
0:50.5	are with the people that we speak to. Whenever you connect with someone on a human level,
0:56.4	maybe sharing a personal story, if you're comfortable with it,
0:58.1	saying you've been through something kind of the same.
1:01.1	It really changes the whole dynamic of the conversation.
