0:00.0	Yeah, so about two years ago in June during the summer, we were dispatched for a suspicious mail that was seen running through people's backyards.
0:08.0	I see the mail crouched down between the woodpiles. At that time, he was exiting the woodpile and he had a car tire in his left hand that he was using as a shield.
0:17.0	He had a knife in his right hand. So I fired, I think it was three or four times,
0:22.6	and it dropped him face down. He was transported to the hospital, and for the next 10 or 11 months,
0:29.6	he was essentially in an unresponsive state, and he ended up passing about a year or so after the
0:35.6	original incident. You know what I mean, I've always said it's like, you know, the worst roller coaster ride you

0:41.3	You know, right after it happened, I was a wreck for, you know, a couple weeks and months.
0:45.3	My eating change, my sleeping change.
0:47.3	So short term, you just, it's night and day a different person.
0:51.3	You know, once you start to come out the other side of it, you learn to appreciate things more. Even just something simple I remember is eating food at home, it just, it tasted better,
