A little specialty you have is something a lot of street cops certainly haven't, don't know about.

A lot of detectives don't understand it. And it's called medical child abuse, better known by the name of Munchausen by proxy.

And what that is is when a caregiver, usually mother, intentionally exaggerates false Pfizer, induces an illness in her child.
