You know your life is just a dream. Don't share it.

This is long, but I have to get it off my chest. Why do I want to tell my story? I

have Stage 3 cancer and was given six months to live, five years ago, and I'm

still here. If I can pass on any advice before my time comes and help someone,

then great. I'm not religious and when this event happened, I didn't believe in

the paranormal. I was around 17 or 18, living with my girlfriend who was six months pregnant

with my son. We went to bed on a normal evening. Nothing strange had happened, and in fact

we were very happy and looking forward to getting the baby's broom ready over the weekend.

I was sound asleep and as a heavy sleeper, nothing wakes me up. Until my girlfriend woke

me up to say there was someone in the house. It was around 2 a.m. I assumed that someone

had broken in, so I jumped up to grab something to protect us. I then saw a figure with

no defining features at all, hovering at the end of our bed. It was shimmering with
